February 20, 2007 - Weight-based taxation of moist snuff. State of Washington Senate Bill 6092 introduced by Sen. Keiser 2/20/2007 and House Bill 2288 introduced by Rep. Hasegawa 2/19/2007. The bill changes the tax application from an ad valorem basis to a weight-based standard, among other related items.
