Reynolds Tobacco's Camel brand is sponsoring a three-night smoking spa inside a SoHo bar, where women can ‘kick back and light up while getting manicures and blowouts’, according to a report by Jennifer Gould Keil for the New York Post.The spa is part of an extensive promotional program a new cigarette called Camel No. 9, which is aimed at women(Tobacco Reporter).

Weight-based taxation of moist snuff. State of Washington Senate Bill 6092 introduced by Sen. Keiser 2/20/2007 and House Bill 2288 introduced by Rep. Hasegawa 2/19/2007. The bill changes the tax application from an ad valorem basis to a weight-based standard, among other related items.
