May 11, 2010 - Seventy-five billion cigarettes circulate illegally in Europe every year. Nearly three-quarters of those come from Russia and Ukraine, where their price is half that of Western Europe. In Mazuria, in northeast Poland, customs officers do daily battle with the traffickers.
